Training:
Swim a swimmers
workout! Training includes a warm-up, a
main set and a warm-down phase. It also
includes some leg work as well as some technique
exercises to improve your stroke. Most of
the workout is done in crawl but a little
backstroke and breastroke is usually always
present.
Tuesdays
and Thursdays, the trainings will be under
Max's guidance: taking your times, correcting
your strokes and trying to motivate you
to swim better and faster ;-)

At any time, you may ask to be filmed or have
an "extra" session to improve a specific
area of your stroke.
