- Think of stroking with your forearm
rather than your hand
- Finish your arm stroke touching your
hip

- Look at the ceiling, not at your feet
- Be sure of not moving your head
- Breathing rhythm should be the same as
you would do in crawl

- Be careful of not arching your back -
make yourself tall
