Arm stroke

- Bend your arm underwater

- Think of stroking with your forearm rather than your hand

- Finish your arm stroke touching your hip

Head postion

  - Keep your head as low as possible: only your face should be out

- Look at the ceiling, not at your feet

- Be sure of not moving your head

- Breathing rhythm should be the same as you would do in crawl

Body position

- Keep your body as straight as possible - don't let the hips drop down

- Be careful of not arching your back - make yourself tall

- Roll on your side on each stroke - like in crawl
